Description:

The Executive Director of Residential Treatment is responsible for the overall supervision, oversight, and administration of residential treatment programming within the parameters established by the President and CEO, Board of Directors and applicable regulatory, accrediting, and statutory guidelines.

Essentials Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

- Provide program leadership consistent with the philosophy of Triple L Youth Center, licensing standards, and professional ethics (We are a Christian - Church of God agency).
- Energy and wisdom required in the start-up of new program.
- Employ, supervise, and evaluate, staff. Coordinate and provide staff training and development. Privilege of recruiting and hiring clinical and direct staff (within budget).
- Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with State and provider agencies regarding the delivery of residential/foster community based services.
- Develop, monitor, and provide sound fiscal management of the residential treatment program's budget.
- Maintain a sound intake process fulfilling the client population requirement for the program.
- Maintain high standards of record keeping and reporting for the residential program.
- Experience in negotiation of treatment contracts.
- Evidence of Team Leadership ability
- Evidence of working with governing Board of Directors.
- Maintain a positive working relationship within local community to develop network to meet the needs of youth.


Additional Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in Non-Profit Executive Leadership of a Human Services Agency.
- Evidence of ability to professionally present, speak and write.
- Sufficient computer literacy to meet the required responsibilities of the position.
