EQUINE PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Hope Hill Children’s Home has a part time opening for an Equine Program Assistant. This position will work directly with the Equine Program Director to assist with all aspects of counseling sessions and tasks related to the Equine Counseling Program. Candidate must have experience working with adolescent population, excellent communication skills, and ability to perform physical activities (ie. Lifting 50+ lbs and working in barn or outdoor environment). Knowledge of general horsemanship is required. Position is 20 hours per week with occasional weekend hours. PART TIME RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities include relationship building, supervision of daily activities & accurate completion of paperwork. Job Requirements: Must be 21 years old; college degree is preferred but HS/GED diploma is acceptable; pay rate is $7.75 to $11.00 per hour with an increase in 90 days; starting overnight rate is $8.25; must pass a detailed background check.
